What the web designer actually ate during a recent week !

Note for those who want to lose weight (just one of the many good reasons for going veggie): This web designer (female) is 5'6" and 120 lb. The week's menu below is quite typical. We also exercise approximately four times per week for a total of about 4 hours (mixing aerobic and weight training.) You will see that we occasionally indulge in donuts and have dessert at least once a week. We usually have wine with dinner

Tuesday - cereal - fruit salad

- Thai take out
- tofu in orange sauce w/ cashews
- veggie dish, rice
Wednesday - bagel - sandwich w/ Yves Veggie Salami Slices - veggie pot pie

Thursday - cereal - radicchio and mushroom salad
- bread
- falafel in pita pocket
Friday - oatmeal porridge
- toast
- no lunch - Pizza
Saturday - apple fritter - no lunch - tempeh picatta
- Caesar salad
- chocolate cake
