Quesadillas Cook in olive oil, until
softened, slices of onion, tomato, green and red pepper and mushrooms. Arrange
the cooked vegetables on a flour tortilla and sprinkle with grated cheddar
cheese. Cover with a second flour tortilla, sealing the edges. Bake at 350F for
about 10 minutes. Slice in quarters and serve with French fries. |
