Spicy Baked
Tofu, "Stuffing", "Gravy" Spicy Baked Tofu - 1 pckg firm tofu - 1
pckg Kraft
Shake'n'Bake
Press the extra liquid out of the
tofu between paper towels. Cut the tofu in 1 inch (2.5 cm) cubes and dredge in
the Kraft Shake'n'Bake. Bake at 350F (180C)
for 20 minutes. (Note, the stuffing, below, takes 40 minutes at the same
temperature, so be sure to start it first.) Baked tofu takes on a firm texture
that is quite enjoyable.Some plum sauce on the side goes well with this spicy
dish.
Prepare the "Stuffing" and the
"Gravy". To serve, pour the "gravy"over the baked
tofu and "stuffing." The above set of recipes serves 4. It goes well with a
tossed salad.
